The flagship skyscraper of KARIMPOL with 35,000 sq m2 of the facade fully implemented by ELJAKO-AL – has obtained an occupancy permit in the first weeks of 2021.
The first tenants to the building at the new Prosta 67 address, will start moving in in the middle of this year.

SÜDKREUZ OFFICES BERLIN – CERTIFICATION
In the SÜDKREUZ OFFICES Berlin project, ELJAKO-AL has completed technical tests of façades and aluminum-glass joinery conducted jointly with ALUPROF and WINKHAUS.
In two leading German institutes, all 8 series of tests have been successfully passed, including the ATT, RC2 burglar resistance, Rw acoustics, lateral sound transmission and fall-down protection tests.

SKYLINER – THE LAST FACADE WORKS
The façade installation at the SKYLINER office building located in Warsaw at the Daszyńskiego roundabout is coming to the end. The glass-aluminum facade of the 200-meter-high skyscraper looks impressive, especially in the autumn sunset light.

SŰDKREUZ OFFICES IN BERLIN
Another project by ELJAKO-AL is the facade of the 8-storey complex of two buildings SŰDKREUZ Offices in Berlin executes for the Belgian Group WILLEMEN. The project contains the implementation of over 10,000 m2 of window-element facades in two architectural versions and 1.500 m2 of classic facades on the ground floor of the buildings. Design works are currently underway. The installation works are planned to start in the summer months.

WIDOK TOWERS – THE END OF FACADE WORKS
The ELJAKO-AL has just finished the assembly of the unitized facade on the WIDOK TOWERS building, which was built on the site of the former Warsaw Universal. A modern office building in combining with the restored Rotunda gave a completely new character to the well-known roundabout of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Marszałkowska Street.

In Q2 ELJAKO-AL will start the comprehensive installation of the facade of the FORMAT office building, ordered by the Gdańsk developer TORUS Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. The design of the building, which is built at Droszyńskiego Street in Gdańsk, was made by the APA Wojciechowski studio.

ALCHEMY – THE END OF THE STAGE IV
IAt the beginning of the year, the fourth stage of expansion of the modern TORUS complex was put into operation. The project created by APA Wojciechowski studio is located in the Gdańsk-Oliwa district. The ELJAKO-AL made over 15,000 m2 of various types of facades, glazing, and claddings made of composite panels, as well as blinds, thin-drawn meshes, and finishing ceramic elements.

MENNICA LEGACY TOWER – THE MAIN RANGE IS COMPLETED
The assembly of unitized facades was finished on the high tower of MENNICA LEGACY TOWER. Now a complementary works are in progress. Thanks to a unique architectural design, two office buildings are becoming a new recognizable part of the Warsaw Wola landscape.

The end of the year the main part of the curtain wall was finished on the SKYLINER office building at Daszynski roundabout. At present, unitized facade installation is in progress on the highest slanting part. And now at sunrise from the 33 floor, there is an impressive view of the panorama of Warsaw.

The last elements of segmented façade were assembled on the main part of the WIDOK TOWERS office building. For the first weeks of 2020 the plan is to finish the top section of the façade with double size elements, and parallel assembling the curtain wall on the podium.

SKYLINER – ELEMENT FAÇADE INSTALLATION
The SKYLINER office building located at the Daszyńskiego roundabout is combining a complex technical design with strong time pressure, where ELAJKO-AL comprehensively executes over 28 000 m2 of facades. The lower part of the building has already been made in the stick technology, while the floors above the technical floor are implemented as unitized façade. The progress is visible every day for the capital’s inhabitants – ELJAKO-AL assembles over 100 elements a week.

WIDOK TOWERS (J44) – TECHNICAL LEVEL INSTALLATION
A good example of an uprising Warsaw skyscraper requiring close cooperation between the investor, architect, design office and contractor is the element facade on the 100-meter building J44 WIDOK TOWERS. MENNICA LEGACY TOWERS – CABLE FAÇADE INSTALLATION
On the MENNICA building, ELJAKO-AL with the cooperation with ALUPROF S.A. comprehensively performs, among others 17,000 m2 of complex element facade.
In recent weeks, a major innovation and technology challenge was the assembling on a large tower podium, 1200 m2 glass facade, 12 m high based on the cable construction.

SKYLINER – PODIUM INSTALLATION
On the podium of the 195-meter high SKYLINER office building, where the magnificent lobby will be located – ELJAKO-AL just finished the installation of a 20-meter structural facade with large glazing units. The entire building will be ready to use next year, very well integrate architecturally in the panorama of the new Wola.
