The office complex at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw, built in 2012-2016, was constructed with particular focus on ecological solutions, which was confirmed by appropriate certificates. The investor was the Capital Park company.

ELJAKO-AL in close cooperation with the PRC architectural studio prepared a comprehensive documentation of solutions, produced and installed façade elements of various types creating a complete system which included system aluminium façades supplemented with original solutions of additional elements.

The complex features the so-called high atria at the entire height of the building’s interior, forming internal gardens as a place of relaxation for the employees. The entire complex was commissioned in 2016.
