The 200 m high office building at Rondo Daszyńskiego was designed by APA Wojciechowski studio for the KARIMPOL company which is the Investor. The general contractor was WARBUD – the Polish branch of the French VINCI company. The lower half of the 194-meter high building was executed in the mullion and transom technology, and the upper half was made in the unitized façade technology. ELJAKO-AL performed all the façade works on the building, i.e. the area of over 35 000 m2, as well as the spectacularly glazed podium and the upper part of the building, housing the Skybar.
